Requirements of Order	Immediately cease land applying biosolids in the Raccoon Creek Watershed; cease land applying biosolids at any location and instead send biosolids to a permitted MSW landfill; allow EPD access to Trion WPCP for taking environmental samples; notify property owners in Raccoon Creek Watershed whose property has been used for land applying the biosolids that biosolids will no longer be applied; submit a monitoring plan for taking samples of PFAS every other month and commence sampling; notify EPD if they conducted any sampling and analysis for PFAS in their biosolids, discharge, or wastewater; submit the latitude and longitude for each application site of biosolids since 1992
