Comply with Rules, Act, and Permit; uniformly cover by the end of each working day all disposed solid waste at the MSW Landfill with 6 inches of clean earth and continue to properly cover all disposed solid waste; properly stabilize bare soils and disturbed and eroded areas with vegetation and mulch; continuously maintain all erosion and sedimentation structures and inspect all erosion and sedimentation structures after each rain event; submit the Notice of Final Closure; complete the requirements of closure of the C&D Landfill; provide a certification signed by a registered professional engineer to verify that compliance with the closure requirements has been satisfied |
