Perform quarterly coliform monitoring and submit results; perform Nitrate sampling annually and submit results; provide continuous chlorination and maintain a detectable residual of free chlorine in all parts of the distribution system in the recommended amount of at least 0.2 parts per million throughout the system; maintain daily records of the operation of the water treatment facility and water distribution system and submit a Monthly Operating Report within the first 10 days of the following month; implement a CAP for tie-on to City of Savannah water system available around Sept 2021; submit semi-annual compliance reports demonstrating progress towards CAP |
