Cease all activity associated with the unloading of crossties from rail cars along the rail spur outside of the Facility's boundaries; submit a corrected NOI with the correct SIC code and sector; provide a description of the rail line extension as installed and an updated plan of how the rail extension will impact operations; submit construction plans and a schedule for completing a containment structure around the chipper; submit a correct/updated Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan and NOI; submit a housekeeping plan; submit a detailed description of how water used for dust suppression will be collected and properly disposed; submit the most recent facility quarterly inspection form; submit the most current employee training roster listing employees trained and the topics covered |
