Requirements of Order	Develop or modify a program to ensure compliance with the microbiological and chemical sampling requirements; provide public notification to the customers served by the Facility for failure to properly monitor the Facility for coliform bacteria; collect a 2020 Nitrate sample at Entry Point 301 and perform Tier 2 Public Notice; collect a new 2020 IOC sample and provide public notification to the customers served by the Facility for failure to properly monitor Facility for IOC; collect a new 2020 Stage 2 Disinfection Byproduct sample and provide public notice to all customers served for failure to properly monitor for Stage 2 Disinfection Byproducts
