Requirements of Order	MCIDBA may accept industrial wastewater from GRP Madison, LLC only directly into the Facility storage pond and only if the wastewater is below pollutant concentrations; document inspection of the land application zones every Monday, Wednesday and Friday and cease use of the zone if there is standing water, run off from the zone, or negative impact in the crop; monitor and report in the operations monitoring report the daily influent flow and the total of the Facility influent flow; submit a full and complete signed Permit modification application and amended design development report to accommodate the treatment of industrial wastewater from GRP Madison, LLC
