| Requirements of Order |
Shall be allowed to use the materials in the Comingled Fuel Pile in Boiler B001 for 10 days; shall not use material in the Comingled Fuel Pile in Boiler 001 during startups or planned shutdowns; no new railroad ties treated with creosote compounds or naphthenate compounds or material derived from railroad ties treated with creosote compounds or naphthenate compounds shall be brought onsite; notify EPD within 24 hours if respondent uses all of the material in the Comingled Fuel Pile in Boiler B001 or otherwise removes the Comingled Fuel Pile from the facility; notify EPD within 24 hours with an estimated remaining size of the Comingled Fuel Pile and properly dispose of remaining amount |
