remove all openly dumped solid waste, transport it to a permitted end-user or solid waste handling facility and submit manifests/receipts; install best management erosion and sedimentation control practices to prevent sediment from entering the pond; stabilize disturbed areas with vegetation; submit a written CAP and include measure that have been or will be implemented to ensure that the violation does not reoccur |
