| Requirements of Order |
Release the stored water to the North River from the outfalls specified as Outfall 1 and 2; conduct laboratory tests of the stored water at a point in the basin near the discharge pipe prior to and during a scheduled release; only release stores water after analytical results confirm that the applicable parameters are not exceeded; retain records to demonstrate the required tests and operating procedures outlined have been met; ensure that stored water will only be discharged from Outfall 1 and/or 2 and not be co-mingled with on-site stormwater then discharged from the stormwater outfalls; all residual sludge associated with the ASB and lagoons should be managed under the oversight of the EPD's Brownfield Unit; decanted water resulting from any sludge handling or dewatering process shall be considered stored water and shall be managed and discharged in accordance with the conditions of this Order |
