| Requirements of Order |
Respondent shall grant the other Dam Responsible Parties access to his property so that the City of Atlanta and the City of Sandy Springs may conduct activities to maintain the Lowered Lake Level. The requirements of this condition shall continue until the Dam either has been permitted by the Division or the Dam has been breached in accordance with a plan approved by the Division; communicate with and encourage cooperation from those landowners whom the City of Atlanta and the City of Sandy Springs identify as those from whom they need to obtain property access and/or easements; take no action that intentionally prohibits or prevents other Dam Responsible Parties from performing work and/or activities necessary; provide an update in writing regarding the status of the Litigation and submit quarterly updates until issuance of a final orders or orders in the Litigation |
