Immediately cease open dumping and secure the property so that no dumping of solid waste occurs; remove all solid wastes at the Site and have it legally transported to a permitted landfill for proper disposal and supply the Division with legible and acceptable copies of all landfill tipping receipts generated during the full cleanup; should respondent fails to meet any of the deadlines the respondent agrees to pay $1000 per month per condition until such time the respondent is in full compliance |
