Ensure the revision and implementation of the ESPCP and bring Segments 1 and 2 into full Permit compliance; ensure a certified design professional inspects and certifies all BMPs for the phase of construction are installed and maintained in accordance with the revised ESPCP; conduct additional stormwater monitoring and reporting after every 0.5 inch or greater rain event in accordance with the revised ESPCPs and the Permit for all noncompliance disturbed areas that have not met final stabilization; submit a separate CAP for Segment 1 and 2 |
